Weekly Global Media Outreach Prayer Letter

Button - Scripture

“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16

Button - The People

Please pray for the people of China. The Olympics this summer will focus the attention of much of the world on China. We have created a website to share Christ with people who are interested in the Olympics at www.2008GamesChina.com. You can use this to tell people who do not know Jesus how they can become Christians. Please pray that God will pour out His Holy Spirit on China.

How to be joyful. Would you like to know how to have true joy in your life?

If your joy depends on any earthly thing — house, money, possessions — then these things can fade. But if your joy depends on God — who never fades, or changes — then that joy can last forever.

God’s nature is live. He loves you and wants to fill you with His Holy Spirit. In His Holy Spirit are the fruits of joy as well as love and peace and so much more. When you are filled with God’s Holy Spirit and are thankful to Him, He can fill you with His love and joy. The Bible says we can also pray continually; to be aware of the fact that God is with you throughout the day. You can pray in your thoughts to God throughout the day.

This week, can you please pray

  • God will fill you with His joy
  • God will fill our staff here at Global Media Outreach with His joy
  • God will provide the financial resources so we can reach even more people for Jesus Christ

THANK YOU SO MUCH for your prayers. We so appreciate you! May God pour out His blessings on you.

Your friends at Global Media Outreach
